Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP)
The Local Control and Accountability Plan (LCAP) is a three-year plan that describes OPA's goals, actions, services, and expenditures. Parent feedback is a valuable part of the LCAP planning process as it provides critical information that helps inform our planning process, goals, and action plans.
All OPA Stakeholders are invited to join the administration for the upcoming (LCAP) Stakeholder Forum. The Stakeholder Forums focus on the current Local Control Accountability Plan (LCAP) and provide an overview of the school's goals.
During these meetings, we review information that will allow us to discuss and provide input on each of the four goals below.
Goal 1: Academic achievement and instruction
Goal 2: Highly qualified staff
Goal 3: Safe & secure learning environment
Goal 4: Stakeholder involvement & engagement.
The (LCAP) must focus on eight areas identified as California's educational priorities. The plan must include the overall vision for students, annual goals, and strategic actions needed to achieve the goals. OPA will engage parents, staff, students, and the community to assist in developing this plan.
